Wassand Hall is a fine Regency House in beautiful tranquil surroundings between Seaton and Hornsea on the A1035, approximately 12 miles east of Beverley, 18 miles north of Hull. The Estate has been in one family ownership since 1520 and enjoys beautiful walled gardens, woodland walk and half-mile park walk with views of Hornsea Mere which belongs to the Estate.

The Hall contains a collection of 18th and 19th century paintings, English and European silver, furniture and procelain.  Wassand is very much a family home and retains a friendly atmosphere.

Visitors to Wassand on the 28 Open Days can visit the house, all gardens and parks , when teas are available for ticket holders in the fine conservatory in Wassand’s walled gardens.  On other days from 5 May – 30 September The Walled Gardens and Walks only are open to the public.

Saturday 6 June 2026 sees the ever popular Vintage Car Rally and there is another Classic Car Rally on Monday 31 August.  We also welcome the return of the Small Local Plant and Craft Fair on 20 June.
